Pricing decision and smart contract of remanufacturing supply chain based on blockchain
To explore the impact of blockchain technology on the pricing decisions and profits of remanufac-turing supply chain members, this paper adopts game theory to construct four decision models, the original equipment manufacturer(OEM)remanufacturing and the third-party remanufacturer(TPR)remanufacturing, both with and without blockchain technology.First, the optimal solutions of remanufacturing supply chains are analyzed and compared.Research results show that when blockchain costs fall within a certain range, the price(profits)of remanufactured products(two individuals)increases, consumer surplus improves, and the en-vironmental impact reduces compared the scenario without blockchain technology. However, the total profit of the supply chain cannot reach the optimum. In the TPR remanufacturing model with blockchain technology, the OEM takes the high patent license fee as a tool to obtain more profits from selling manufactured products. Then,a remanufacturing smart contract for the revenue sharing mechanism is designed to coordinate the re-manufacturing supply chain under the blockchain technology. Finally, numerical analysis illustrates the impact of key parameters on pricing decisions and smart contract coordination within the blockchain technology.
