战略性新兴产业供应链企业协同创新演化分析

考虑政府参与、风险收益等因素,探讨了战略性新兴产业供应链企业协同创新系统的演化动态与策略选择问题.建立政府、供应链上、下游企业三方参与的协同创新演化博弈模型,求解协同创新系统的演化均衡点,运用Lyapunov判别法判断各均衡点的稳定性,并利用MATLAB仿真得到相关参数对供应链企业协同创新演化动态及策略选择的影响.研究表明,协同创新系统中一方主体的策略与另外两方相关;当企业不协同创新的收益小于双方协同创新的收益,政府给予协同创新的补助小于消极支持的负面影响时,系统演化到政府积极支持,上、下游企业协同创新的均衡状态;增加政府对协同创新的补贴及对不协同创新企业的惩罚、提高风险收益与技术收益,都将提高企业选择协同创新策略的概率.结论将为供应链企业协同创新的策略选择提供相关管理启示.
Evolutionary analysis on collaborative innovation of supply chain enterprises of strategic emerging industries
Considering the factors of the government,risk return and so on,the paper explores the evolution-ary dynamics and strategy selection on collaborative innovation system of supply chain enterprises of strategic emerging industry,establishes a collaborative innovation evolution model with the participation of the govern-ment and enterprises,finds out the evolutionary equilibrium points,judges the stability of each equilibrium point by the Lyapunov discriminant method,and knows the influence of relevant parameters on the evolution dynamics by MATLAB.The results are as follows.The strategy choice of one subject is related to the other two;when the benefits of enterprises with non-collaborative innovation are less than that of collaborative in-novation,and the subsidies given by the government for collaborative innovation enterprises are less than the negative impact of passive support,the system evolves to the equilibrium state of active government support and collaborative innovation of upstream and downstream enterprises;Increasing government subsidies for collaborative innovation and punishment for non-collaborative innovation,and improving the risk returns and technology benefits,the probability of enterprises choosing collaborative innovation strategies increases.The conclusion provides management implications for supply chain enterprises.
