摘要
数字信息技术的日新月异给社区体育智慧化管理及改革创新注入了新的活力与生机,也给社区体育带来了巨大的发展契机.聚焦社区体育治理进程中凸显的观念障碍、组织障碍和技术障碍,在遵循人民需求导向的价值引领、创建多元协同的社区体育共治构架、推动社区体育服务数字化升级的基础上提出了重塑理念,以及组织优化和技术升级的优化路径,旨在为数字化社会背景下的社区体育智慧化治理提供有效建议.
Abstract
The rapid development of digital information technology has brought forth new vitality into the intelligent organization and management of community sports,as well as reform and innovation.It has also brought forth tremendous development opportunities to community sports.We should focus on the prominent conceptual,organizational,and technological barriers in the development process of community sports,follow the value guidance of people's needs,create a diverse and collaborative community sports governance framework,promote the digital upgrading of community sports services,and propose optimization paths for reshaping concepts,organizational optimization,and technological upgrading,aiming to provide effective suggestions for the intelligent governance of community sports under digital empowerment.
