From Productivity to New Quality Productivity:An Examination Based on the Economic Development Process of New China
Productivity is a historical and dynamic concept that will evolve with the development of the times.Reviewing the development process of productive forces,we can see that every transition is from"old quality"to"new quality",from"quantitative change"to"qualitative change",from"low level"to"high level".In the new era,under the background of the digital economy era,new production factors such as data and computing power have spawned new quality productivity,and productivity has realized a leap again.With the continuous development of economy,China's productivity has experienced a long evolution from productivity to new quality productivity.Therefore,based on the economic development of new China since 1949,it is necessary to review the development process of productivity and sum up the experience of productivity transition.Based on the summary and review of the development process of new China's productive forces,this paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism and characteristics of the development of productive forces,evaluates the results achieved in the development of productive forces,identifies the main influencing factors of the development of productive forces,and provides policy suggestions for the development of new quality productive forces at the current stage.
