Fragmentation Dilemma and Holistic Reconstruction of Rural Public Service Supply
The quantity and quality of rural public service supply are important considerations for rural revitalization. However, the urban-rural disparity pattern, institutional deficiencies, and departmental fragmentation have led to a fragmented state of rural public service supply, such as the failure to allocate and fully utilize public resources, and the absence of policy mechanisms. This not only restricts the development of rural economy, but also affects the credibility of the government, weakens social cohesion, and hinders social fairness and justice. Therefore,it is imperative to comprehensively reconstruct the supply of rural public services.Specifically, fully leveraging the leading role of policies, encouraging active participation of all parties in supply, strengthening the quality and supervision of public service supply, and utilizing digital technology to expand new models of public service supply are all highly operational measures.
