文化自信视域下中华文化对外传播的促进机制研究

党的二十大报告多次提及"中华文化",并作出了推进文化自信自强、铸就社会主义文化新辉煌的重要部署.文化自信的心态和中华文化对外传播息息相关,更是完善文化体制机制的前提和基础.针对当前中华文化对外传播在整体制度建设落后于时代、市场化产业化的促进机制欠缺以及具体落实措施不健全不完善等难题,我国可采取一系列长远规划和调整举措,从文化产业促进机制、文化国际贸易促进机制、媒体合作促进机制、民众互通交流促进机制和中外文化互动互鉴促进机制五个方向,建构全面化、系统化和深度化的中华文化对外传播促进机制.
On the Promotion Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Culture's Overseas Communication from the Perspective of Cultural Self-confidence
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China mentioned"Chinese culture"many times,and made an important deployment to promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,and cast a new brilliant socialist culture.The mentality of cultural confidence is closely related to the overseas communication of Chinese culture,and it is also the premise and basis for improving the cultural system and mechanism.In view of the current difficulties,such as the overall system construction of Chinese culture communication lagging behind the times,the lack of market-oriented industrialization promotion mechanism,and the imperfect implementation measures,China can adopt a series of long-term planning and adjustment measures.We will improve the comprehensive,systematic and in-depth promotion mechanism from five directions:the cultural industry promotion mechanism,the cultural international trade promotion mechanism,the media cooperation promotion mechanism,the people-to-people exchange promotion mechanism,and the cultural interaction and mutual learning promotion mechanism.
