Anxieties,Strategies and Spiral Evolution:Communication Practices of Chat Screenshots in the Context of Collapse Scenarios
In the era of Web 2.0,mobile phones and social media have become the infrastructure for users to share their lives,and sharing chat screenshots has become a part of digital life.By introducing the analysis framework of technology availability and taking chat screenshots as the research object,it is found that the content availability,communication availability and emotional availability of the technology behind aggravate the uncontrollable dilemma of information,which damages the privacy and freedom of expression of users.Actors struggle with these possibilities or make strategic adjustments in the context of the collapse of the context,leading to the continuous improvement of technology,hoping to regain the sense of control by establishing new social norms.
