Emotional Embedding:Resilient Community Construction Based on the Perspective of"Emotion-Relationship-Action"
Community is the"last mile"of urban governance,and the construction of resilient community is an important part of ensuring urban public safety.In the context of risk society,the complexity of community governance calls for the return of"emotion".Therefore,based on the current reality,political and social needs,and with the theory of governance community,this paper explains the structural mechanism of community governance community with the dimension of"emotion-relationship-action".It is found that emotional governance embedded in resilient communities has obstructions,such as emotional laxity and generalized emotional crisis at the emotional level,relationship alienation and emotional connection difficulties at the relationship level,governance suspension and collective action dilemmas at the action level.Constructing an approach for emotional governance to return to resilient community construction from the aspects of community spirit remodeling,emotional connection and emotional mobilization will help enhance the emotional resilience of the community to build a resilient community with more self-adaptability and self-resilience.
