智能制造是以相关技术体系重塑和革新为先导,以数据和传统生产要素的深度融合和优化组合为基础,以产业高端化、智能化、绿色化为方向的制造业数字化转型、网络化协同、智能化变革.智能制造以技术、要素、产业的耦合实现全要素生产率提升,系统赋能新质生产力,推动制造业乃至实体经济高质量发展.在实践中,必须加快关键核心技术攻关,打造应需化多层次教育培训体系,深化产学研用融合,不断完善助推智能制造发展的体制机制.
Intelligent Manufacturing Empowers New Quality Productive Forces:Logical Mechanism and Practical Direction
Intelligent manufacturing is guided by the remodeling and innovation of relevant technological systems.It is based on the deep integration and optimal combination of data and traditional production factors,as well as on the digital transformation,network collaboration,and intelligent evolution of the manufacturing industry.Intelligent manufacturing systematically empowers new quality productive forces and promotes the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry as well as the real economy.In practice,we need to achieve breakthroughs faster in core technologies within key fields,establish a demand-oriented multi-level education and training system,deepen collaboration among industries,universities,research institutes and application organizations continuously improve the institutional mechanisms that promote intelligent manufacturing.
