摘要
中共土地革命历史时期的法律教育以"人民性"为宗旨,以理论联系实际为教育方式,通过法律制度宣教和法律实践参与这两种形式展开.这一教育在历史上取得较大成功,将人类文明的终极大道传播给大众,从中体现出深刻的"人民性".尽管留有一定遗憾,但"人民性"仍是理解该教育得失成败的关键所在.反思土地革命时期的群众法律教育,坚持"人民性""第二个结合""权利本位""多元活泼教育方式"这四大理念,有突出的现代意义.
Abstract
During the period of Chinese Communist Party's agrarian revolution,legal education focused on people-oriented goal,adopting a method of combining theory with practice,which was carried out through legal system knowledge and participation in legal practice,which served as self-education.This educational approach achieved considerable success historically,spreading the fundamental principles of human civilization to the public,deeply reflecting the people-oriented nature.Nonetheless,there are aspects that warrant re-evaluation,and understanding the successes and failures of this education relies on grasping the popular nature as a key element.Reflecting on the legal education for the public during the land revolution period,and upholding principles such as people-oriented nature,the second combination,rights-based approach,and varied and dynamic educational methods is of significantly modern relevance.
