摘要
为深化"放管服"改革和推动"互联网+政务服务"工作,实现不动产登记涉及房产交易的科学化、精细化管理,提出了利用先进技术搭建房产交易统一管理系统建设方案.本文详细阐述了房产交易统一管理系统建设的内容、原则、框架、数据库、功能以及关键技术等,实现了房产交易成果的综合展示、业务的"一网通办",有效地提高了房产交易效率和服务水平.
Abstract
In order to deepen the reform of"decentralization service"and promote the work of"Internet + government services",and realize the scientific and fine management of real estate registration involving real estate transactions,the construction plan of a unified management system for real estate transactions is proposed by using advanced technologies.This paper elaborates the contents,principles,framework,database,functions and key technologies of the construction of the unified management system for real estate transactions,which realizes the comprehensive display of real estate transactions and the"one-netcom office"of the business,and effectively improves the efficiency and service level of real estate transactions.
