摘要

针对自然因素和人为活动导致的耕地质量变化,从遥感信息的角度,结合测绘地理信息数据,提出对呼和浩特市2011年至2015年耕地质量的评价.采用压力-状态-响应(P-S-R)框架模型对该地区耕地进行等级划分,比较得出该地区2011年到2015年耕地等级的变化情况,以及耕地的转入转出情况.通过分析得出,水渠距离以及道路距离指标没有出现明显的变化,所以剩下的3个指标DVI、NDVI和RVI对评价结果影响较大.该评价方法可以有效对该地区的耕地等级进行划分,为该地区的土地利用规划编制以及生产实践提供一定的科学指导;同时为探讨耕地等级动态监测体系建设提供了新的思路,为耕地资源的审计工作提供了新的借鉴.

Abstract

In response to the changes in farmland quality caused by natural factors and human activities,from the perspective of remote sensing information,combined with surveying and mapping geographic information data,an evaluation of farmland quality in Hohhot City from 2011 to 2015 is proposed in this paper.By using the Pressure State Response(P-S-R)framework model,the cultivated land in the region was classified into different levels,and the changes in cultivated land levels from 2011 to 2015,as well as the inflow and outflow of cultivated land,were compared.Through analysis,it was found that there was no significant change in the indicators of canal distance and road distance,so the size of the remaining three indicators,DVI,NDVI,and RVI,had a significant impact on the evaluation results.This evaluation method can effectively classify the cultivated land level in the region,providing scientific guidance for the formulation of land use planning and production practice in the region,at the same time,it provides new ideas for exploring the construction of a dynamic monitoring system for farmland levels and provides new references for the audit work of farmland resources.
