无人机倾斜摄影测量在龙川县国土执法中的应用

摘要
国土执法监察是实现国家土地管理职能的必要措施,对于保障土地管理法律法规的全面实施起着重要的作用.卫星遥感技术的应用在国土执法工作中发挥了重要的技术支撑作用,但是卫星影像更新周期长,经常受云雾等因素影响.利用无人机倾斜摄影测量技术生产三维模型和影像数据,把不同时期数据进行叠合、分析和判断,能够实现快速、精确执法的目的,大大提高了工作效率.
Abstract
Land law enforcement supervision is a necessary measure to realize the function of national land management,which plays an important role in ensuring the full implementation of land management laws and regulations.The application of satellite remote sensing technology plays an important role in the technical support in land law enforcement.However,the satellite image update cycle is long and is often affected by clouds and other factors.Using the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology to produce three-dimensional models and image data,and superimposing,analyzing and judging data from different periods can achieve the purpose of rapid and accurate law enforcement,greatly improve work efficiency.
