摘要
《全国基础测绘中长期规划纲要(2015-2030年)》中明确指出要加快推进新型基础测绘体系建设,不断提升基础测绘保障服务能力和水平,2020 年全国测绘工作会议也明确提出了构建新型基础测绘体系的目标和任务,基础测绘体系转型升级势在必行.阳泉市作为山西省的试点开展单位,通过对地理实体生产工艺流程进行研究,探索了自动转换技术,实现了地理实体数据的自动化生产和入库管理,文章就新型基础测绘工作认知、测绘探索进行阐述和思考,以期为新型基础测绘体系建设提供相应的参考和依据.
Abstract
The"National Medium and Long-term Planning Outline for Basic Surveying and Mapping(2015-2030)"has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to accelerate the construction of new fundamental surveying and mapping system,and constantly improve the ability and level of fundamental surveying and mapping support services,the National Conference on Surveying and Mapping Work in 2020 also clearly proposed the goals and tasks of construction new fundamental surveying and mapping system,and the transformation and upgrading of the fundamental surveying and mapping system is imperative.As a pilot unit in Shanxi Province,the automatic conversion technology has been explored and the automated production and storage management of geographic entity data has been achieved through research on the production process of geographic entities in Yangquan City.This article has also elaborated and reflected on the cognition and exploration of new fundamental surveying and mapping work so as to provide corresponding reference and basis for the construction of new fundamental surveying and mapping system.
