摘要

为了获取矿山客观数据,掌握全市合法矿山的开发状况、矿山周边环境及矿山动态变化,形成专题分析评估,了解矿产资源开发状况及环境问题,动态监测和实时监测问题区、重点区,通过无人机倾斜摄影技术,获取漳州市持证矿山每个季度的三维倾斜模型,建设矿山监测系统,开发矿山总览和矿山监测台账模块,有效监管露天矿山的越界、超深、占用耕地(含基本农田)等问题,跟踪矿山开发利用、矿山地质环境治理恢复及土地复垦执行情况,从而提升矿山日常监管监测水平.

Abstract

In order to obtain objective data on mines,grasp the development status of legal mines all over the city,the surrounding environment of mines,and the dynamic changes of mines,a thematic analysis and evaluation is formed to understand the development status of mineral resources and environmental issues,and dynamically monitor and real-time monitor problem and key areas.By using drone tilt photography technology,a threedimensional tilt model of licensed mines in every quarter of Zhangzhou City is obtained,a mine monitoring system is constructed,a mine overview and mine monitoring ledger module are developed which effectively supervise such issues as exceeding boundaries,exceeding depths,and occupying arable land(including basic farmland)in open-pit mines.By the ways of tracking mine development and utilization plans,mine geological environment governance and restoration,and land reclamation implementation,thus the daily supervision and monitoring level of mines get improved
