摘要
针对依据《数字测绘成果质量检查与验收》GB/T 18316-2008和《数字高程模型质量检验技术规程》CH/T 1026-2012在DEM高程精度检验中套合差质量评定出现的疑惑、DEM高程精度检查方法与技巧、检测点选择等相关问题进行了一些思考分析,并提出了一些相应的建议,以求引起规范编制部门和广大数字测绘成果检验人员的关注,希望能对提升DEM成果检验质量和检验效率有所帮助.
Abstract
Issues in the elevation accuracy inspection of DEM are discussed and analyzed in this article based on GB/T 18316-2008 Specifications for inspection and acceptance of quality of digital surveying and mapping achievements and CH/T 1026-2012 Technical rules for quality inspection and acceptance of digital elevation models,including the doubts of the register differences inspection,inspection methods and skills,selection of inspection points.It also puts forward some corresponding suggestions to attract the attention of standard-setting departments and the majority of surveying and mapping inspectors,and hopes to improve the quality and efficiency of DEM inspection.
