基于"多测合一"理念的基础地理实体数据更新方法探讨

摘要
依据新型基础测绘的"多测合一"理念,提出将第三次国土调查成果、城市国土空间监测成果、其他专题资料等多源数据融合,对基础地理实体数据进行补充完善及更新;依据新型基础测绘"一个实体只测一次""联动更新"的原则,提出生产版本式的增量实体数据包,增量数据包在省、市、县之间进行数据流转,减少重复测绘,加快基础地理实体数据的更新速度,缩短其更新周期.
Abstract
According to the concept of"Multi-survey Integration"of new fundamental surveying and mapping,we propose to integrate such multi-source data as the third land survey,urban spatial monitoring results and other thematic information and so on to supplement and update the fundamental geographic entity data.In view of the principles of"one entity is measured only once"and"linkage update"of new fundamental surveying and mapping,we propose to produce a version of incremental entity data package which can be transferred among provinces,cities and counties so as to reduce repeated mapping,accelerate the update speed of fundamental geographic entity data and shorten its update cycle.
