一种基于实景三维与建筑测绘模型的融合方法

摘要
随着智慧城市建设的快速发展,精细化城市实景三维测图的需求日益增长.然而,当前实景三维与施、竣工建筑测绘模型的融合仍存在融合精度不高和成图速度较慢等问题.为提高城市测绘的精度,加快精细化测绘的成图速度,提出一种融合实景三维和施、竣工图模型的快速构建方法.从建筑结构几何信息融合、建筑坐标信息收集以及空间位置配准等角度出发,解决实景三维与施、竣工图融合过程中产生的一系列问题,以开放标准文件格式(industry foundation classes,IFC)作为基础融合框架,以某市实景测绘工程为例对所提方法进行验证.结果表明:该方法对试验区域6947个数据的处理时间控制在96 min,证明此方法具有一定的快速处理能力.
Abstract
With the rapid development of smart city construction,the demand for refined 3D urban real scene mapping is growing day by day.However,the current integration with real scene 3D,construction and completed building surveying and mapping models still has such problems as low fusion accuracy and slow mapping speed.In order to improve the accuracy of urban surveying and mapping and speed up the production of refined surveying and mapping,a rapid construction method integrating real scene 3D with construction and as-built drawing models is proposed in this paper.From the perspectives of building structure geometric information fusion,building coordinate information collection,and spatial position registration,a series of problems that arise during the integration of real scene 3D with construction and as-built drawings are solved.Using the open standard file format(Industry Foundation Classes,IFC)as the basic integration framework,the proposed method is verified by taking a city's real scene surveying and mapping project as an example.The verification results show that the processing time of this method for 6947 data in the test area is controlled within 96 minutes,which proves that this method has certain rapid processing capabilities.
