高分七号卫星在1∶10000立体测图中的应用

摘要
当前我国对于1∶10 000基础地理信息数据的更新速率与要求不断提升,因此,探索基于新技术、新方法的1∶10 000基础地理信息数据生产具有积极意义.对目前1∶10 000基础地理信息数据仍存在更新效率低、成本高等问题,探索高分七号卫星影像数据在1∶10 000基础地理信息数据更新中的应用潜力,基于高分七号高分辨率影像数据,通过区域网平差、立体模型构建、地物要素数据采集等步骤,实现1∶10 000基础地理信息数据的生产.对1∶10 000数字高程模型(digital elevation model,DEM)、数字正射影像(digital orthophoto map,DOM)以及地形图数据的几何精度进行验证,结果表明:成果精度满足相关规范的平面与高程精度要求,该应用可为今后1∶10 000基础地理信息数据的生产实践提供参考.
Abstract
The current update rate and requirements for 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data in our country are constantly increasing.Therefore,exploring the production of 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data based on new technologies and methods is of positive significance.At present,problems with low updating efficiency and high cost are still existed in the 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data.In response to the current problems,the application potential of GF-7 satellite data was explored in the update of 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data.Based on GF-7 satellite high-resolution image data,the production of 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data got achieved through such steps as regional network adjustment,three-dimensional model construction,and land feature data collection.The geometric accuracy of the 1∶10 000 Digital Elevation Model(DEM),Digital Orthophoto Map(DOM),and topographic map data was validated.The research results showed that the results accuracy met the requirements of plane and elevation accuracy in relevant specifications.Its application can provide reference for the production practice of 1∶10 000 basic geographic information data in the future.
