从福建蛇崇拜的变迁看个体身份认同发展

摘要
蛇崇拜是福建地区自古以来就存在的民俗信仰,这一崇拜随社会发展而变迁,与之相伴的还有崇拜者个体身份认同的不断重构.通过古代信仰了解人们身份认同的建构逻辑,对更清楚地认识当代社会中个体行为和意义建构都有所帮助.通过梳理古代文献材料和相关研究,划分出自然崇拜、图腾—祖先崇拜、神性反复变化和以民俗活动为载体的崇拜四个阶段,以整理福建地区蛇崇拜的历史变迁和其发展逻辑,并论述伴随不同阶段的个体身份认同的出现和发展.
Abstract
Snake worship is a folk belief that has been existing in Fujian since ancient times.This worship changes with the development of society,accompanied by the constant reconstruction of worshippers'individual identity.Understanding people's identity construction logic through ancient beliefs is helpful to understand individual behavior and meaning construction in contemporary society more clearly.By combing ancient literature materials and related studies,four stages,namely nature worship,totem-ancestor worship,repeated changes of divinity and worship based on folk activities,are divided to sort out the historical changes and development logic of snake worship in Fujian.Meanwhile the emergence and development of individual identity accompanying each stage is discussed.
