摘要
社会救助与"互联网+"的融合是推动社会救助工作现代化的重要载体,是互联网行业向更先进状态发展基础上的一种延伸.然而,在推进社会救助高质量发展的进程中,"互联网+"社会救助面临社会救助信息平台管理亟待完善、"互联网+"社会救助对象难以精准识别等困境.因此,应加大"互联网+"研发力度,精准识别救助对象;构建多元化的社会救助主体;由"互联网+"迈向"人工智能+",以促进社会救助高质量发展.
Abstract
The integration of social assistance and"Internet+"is an important carrier to promote the modernization of social assistance,and an extension of the Internet industry to a more advanced state of development.However,in the process of promoting the high-quality development of social assistance,the management of"Internet+"social assistance information platform needs to be improved urgently,and the objects of"Internet+social assistance"are difficult to identify accurately.Therefore,we should strengthen the research and development of"Internet+",accurately identify the recipients of social assistance,build a diversified social assistance main body,and move from"Internet+"to"Artificial Intelligence+",so as to promote the high-quality development of social assistance.
