Exploration and Utilization of Patriotism Red Resources at the Former Site of Zhili Fourth Junior Normal School
The Zhili Fourth Junior Normal School is the predecessor of Xingtai University,and its former site is located on the campus of Xingtai University.The existing building of the School was completed in 1912 and is a historical witness to the over-110-year history of Xingtai University.The school was established under the background of"saving the country through education"movement in the late Qing Dynasty and has made certain contributions in the anti-imperialism patriotic movement,the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Liberation War,and the Korean War,thus deserving the title of"Red Fourth Normal School".After the opening of the old site of Zhili Fourth Junior Normal School,it has played an increasingly important role in themed day activities of the Communist Party and patriotic education for students at all levels.It is expected to become a new business card in Xingtai cultural tourism.
