乡村教师是发展高质量乡村教育的基础支撑,地方院校是培养乡村教师的主力军.乡土情怀是师范生融入乡村文化的情感基础,扎根乡村教育的动力源泉,也是悦纳乡村生活的情感依托.在乡土情怀培育上,公众对乡村社会和乡村教师的低评价、师范生招生对象的过于宽泛、成长中的"离土"现象以及师范生培养中"乡土性"的缺失是其困境.培育师范生乡土情怀需要理性看待城乡教育的差别,发现乡村教育和乡村教师的价值,提高乡村教师的社会声望,优化师范生招生机制,同时将乡土性贯穿地方院校师范生培养的全过程.
Cultivation of Rural Sentiment among Normal University Students in Local Colleges and Universities:Value Implications,Practical Dilemmas and Path Choices
Rural teachers are the fundamental support for high-quality rural education,and local universities are the main force for training rural teachers.Rural sentiment is the emotional foundation for integrating rural culture into the education of normal university students,the driving force for rooting in rural education,and the emotional support for embracing rural life.The difficulties in cultivating rural sentiment include the low evaluation of rural society and rural teachers by the public,the overly broad scope of admission of normal university students,the phenomenon of leaving the native land during growth,and the lack of"rurality"in the training of normal university students.Cultivating the rural sentiment of normal university students requires a rational view of the differences between urban and rural education,the discovery of the value of rural education and rural teachers,the enhancement of the social prestige of rural teachers,the optimization of the admission mechanism for normal university students,and the integration of"rurality"throughout the entire process of training normal university students at local universities.
