Exploring the Promotion of Deep Integration Development Between Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance
The cities as administrative regions and the local undergraduate colleges and universities are entities that are interrelated,interact and restrict each other.However,the differences in development concepts,interest demands,and behavior patterns among different entities constrain the high-quality development of deep integration governance systems between them.Therefore,in order to achieve a transformation from surface level integration to deep integration in the cooperation relationship between local undergraduate colleges and universities,it is necessary to coordinate the values and interests of relevant entities,gather the strengths and resources of different entities in politics,industry,academia,and research,continuously optimize the collaborative governance structure from the aspects of conceptual innovation,planning and design,and path optimization,and enhance the conscious action and integration effectiveness of all entities.
