Under the perspective of"Comprehensive Ideological and Political Education",fully utilizing outstanding local cultural resources,focusing on moral education,and promoting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities is an inevitable choice to achieve the organic unity of knowledge impartation and value guidance.However,with the advancement of China's modernization process,development of globalization,and intensified information exchange,people's values have become increasingly diversified,leading to a growing"sense of alienation"towards local culture.This presents a practical challenge for integrating outstanding local culture into university education.By analyzing the connotative value of outstanding local culture,aligning with the strengthening of the Chinese nation's sense of community,and promoting the organic integration of teacher support,curriculum construction,practical teaching and local culture,this paper explores diversified paths of local culture-based education,thereby fulfilling the cultural mission of cultivating innovative talents in universities.
