安徽省生育水平现状及变动研究

摘要
以第七次全国人口普查数据、安徽省历年统计数据和各年度卫生健康事业发展统计公报中的数据资料为依据,从安徽省近十年育龄妇女生育水平现状和变动发展趋势,探究当前安徽省的生育水平情况.研究发现,安徽省生育水平低于1.8 的理想目标,但生育水平起伏波动较大,积极生育政策调整下存在反弹提升的可能;人口出生数减少,但一孩出生比重稳定;初婚初育年龄推迟,晚育现象拉长了生育周期,政府加强婚育文化的宣传,鼓励青年男女"适龄结婚,适龄生育",能适度提前初婚初育年龄.安徽省各方力量要共同合作,积极推进生育政策,营造良好生育环境,提升育龄妇女生育意愿,优化人口结构.
Abstract
Based on the data of China's seventh national population census,the statistical data of Anhui Province over the years and the annual data in the statistical bulletins of the development of health initiatives,this study explores the current status and evolving trends of fertility levels among women of childbearing age in Anhui Province over the past decade.The results show that the fertility level in Anhui Province is lower than the ideal target of 1.8,but the fertility level fluctuates greatly,and there is a possibility of rebound and improvement under the adjustment of active fertility policy.The number of births decreased,but the proportion of one-child births remained stable.Additionally,the delayed age of first marriage and childbirth has extended the reproductive cycle.The government has strengthened the publicity of marriage and childbearing culture,encouraging young men and women to"marry and give birth at appropriate age",and can appropriately advance the age of first marriage and childbearing.All parties in Anhui Province should work together to actively promote the birth policy,create a good birth environment,increase the fertility willingness of women of childbearing age,and optimize the population structure.
