中国共产党百年对外传播受众意识演变逻辑

The Evolution Logic of the Audience Awareness of the CPC's International Communication in the Past Century

本文以中国共产党对外传播的受众意识为切入点,在厘清受众意识概念的基础上,重点阐释百年来中国共产党对外传播受众意识演进的动态轨迹,并考察了其受众意识不断深化的深层动因,最后结合百年对外传播受众意识演进过程归纳出经验性策略.百年来,中国共产党对外传播受众意识从初步确立到不断强化,其深层动因为党的"群众路线"的一贯坚持、"统一战线"思想的始终践行以及党的历史使命变迁及与时代、环境变化的共振互动.回顾中国共产党百年对外传播实践,国际受众观业已形成,但在实践中运用不足.未来需继续坚持以受众意识为核心,明确受众主体地位,建立完善的受众研究体系,选择并善用能够影响更多国际受众的"第一圈层"受众.
Taking the audience awareness of the CPC's international communication as the starting point,this paper,on the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts,focuses on analyzing the dynamic track of the evolution of the audience awareness of the CPC's international Communication over the past hundred years,examines the deep motivation of its audience awareness deepening,and finally some empirical strategies are proposed based on the evolution process of audience awareness in the century of international communication.Over the past century,the audience awareness of the CPC's international communication has gone from initial establishment to comprehensive strengthening.Its deep motivation is the consistent adherence to the Party's"mass line",the consistent practice of the"united front"thought,and the change of the Party's historical mission and the resonance interaction with the chan-ges of the times and environment.Looking back at a century of international communication practice,the international audience view has been formed,but it has not been fully applied in practice.In the fu-ture,we need to continue to focus on audience awareness,clarify the subject status of the audience,es-tablish a sound audience research system,and select and make good use of the"first circle"audience that can influence more international audiences.
