The foundation of the contemporary Chinese journalism history writing paradigm is the abundant journalism practice of the journalists under the leadership of the Communist Party in the peri-od of new democratic revolution,and the academic accumulation of the predecessors in the journalism history writing paradigm.On the basis,the first generation of journalism historians in China estab-lished the Chinese journalism history writing paradigm,"revolutionary stage+news activities".In the last decade of the 20th century after the reform and opening up,this writing paradigm developed into the"general history of Chinese journalism"writing paradigm,"historical dynasties/revolutionary sta-ges+news activities(with Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao journalism after 1949)".Entering the 21st century,the journalism history academic community has explored the writing paradigm of journalistic history in such aspects as"social(study/history)perspective+journalistic activities"and"General ti-tle:Summary theory+thematic history content".
