China,the United States and Europe in the Storm of Global Platform Governance:Panoramic Scan of Academic Research on Platform Governance in Global Perspective
Global platform governance has entered the deep water zone of the Internet revolution.The storm of platform governance initiated by China,the United States and Europe has begun to show obvious differentiation,unevenly hot and cold,with ups and downs.The many research results presen-ted at the academic level have become the best observation point to deeply observe the global platform governance process.As academic research on platform governance has continued to deepen in recent years,concepts and theoretical systems have begun to be formed.Academic hotspots have been formed around the basic theory of platforms,the institutional construction of platform governance,the innova-tion of the socialized governance model of platforms,the judicial practice of platform governance,and the mutual learning and comparison of different regions in China,the United States and Europe.In ad-dition to continuous economic and technological development and competition,the innovation of plat-form governance system is an important dimension of national power competition.There is still a lack of one-shot solutions for Internet platform governance,and it is necessary for the government,acade-mia,and industry to jointly seek fundamental innovation and breakthroughs in the system in the future.In promoting platform governance,a balance should be sought between the need for regulation and the development of the Internet economy and technological innovation.
