美德与规范的内在主义协同:生成式人工智能的传播伦理进路

伴随着生成式人工智能对新闻传播活动的重构,虚假信息、歧视与偏见、隐私泄露、人类主体地位丧失等伦理风险以叠加累积的方式爆发,导致了价值对齐的伦理难题。基于人、技术与社会的复杂关系,该研究构建了以人为本、公正公平、预防伤害、责任担当的四维传播伦理框架,为智能传播活动的道德化发展奠定了基础。对于从伦理原则到传播实践的进路,本研究认为,重点在于突破传统的外在主义范式,尝试在内在主义伦理框架中,在技术上运用可解释性模型,在理念上倡导人机互动的美德感染与教化,在规则上将义务论与目的论相结合,最终实现美德伦理与规范伦理的协同,以促进人工智能健康发展。
The Internalistic Synergy of Virtue and Norm:A Communication Ethical Approach to Generative Artificial Intelligence
With the reconstruction of communication activities by generative artificial intelligence(GAI),ethical risks such as false information,bias,privacy disclosure,and loss of human subjectivity have erupted in a superimposed manner,resulted in ethical dilemmas of value alignment.Based on the relationship between people,technology and society,this study constructs the four-dimensional ethical principles of people-oriented,justice and equity,harm prevention and responsibility,which lays a foundation for the moralization development of intelligent communication activities.As for the approach from principle to practice,this study believes that the key point is to break through the traditional paradigm of externalism,attempting to technically apply interpretable models,to philosophically advocate for the virtue infection and education of human-computer interaction,and to combine deontological and teleological principles in rules within the framework of internalist ethics to finally realize the synergy of virtue ethics and normative ethics and to promote the healthy development of artificial intelligence.
