With the development of strong artificial intelligence and general artificial intelligence,AI has gradually acquired the same intelligence as humans,or even surpassed human social capabilities.Contrary to the original imagination of technological democracy,the current diffuse assertion of"AI inequality"does not provide a clear and specific explanation of the release dimension and hidden nature of inequality.As a product of the mutual construction of technology and ideas,"intelligence"is also an"emotional concept";the technological pessimism of the wise man seeing"wisdom"will only aggravate the imagined inequality on a global scale,turning"intelligence"into a conscious"artificial"product,and rehearsing the existing prejudices in the world's political,economic and cognitive structures.Insight into the autonomous power of generative artificial intelligence and the new intelligent society it may create,which is not entirely based on human activities will help to promote the encounter,friction and negotiation between the human-centric governance route and the mechanical automation computing route,so that it can in turn repair the loopholes in the real world and build a common"language"and global standards that promote the equality of artificial intelligence.
