Independence,Collaboration,and Mutual Construction:Regional Exploration of the All-media Communication System——Based on the Research of Tianfu Media Convergence Consortium
Improving the all-media communication system and shaping a new pattern of mainstream public opinion is an important part of the cultural construction of Chinese path to modernization.It is an important measure for Chinese path to modernization to deepen the reform of cultural system to build a working mechanism and evaluation system suitable for all-media production and communication,and to promote the systematic reform of mainstream media,which is also the key of deep media convergence.The essence of regional integrated media platform construction is the deep development and institutional reform of media functions based on the deep cultivation of localized media resources,which is an important path to promote the construction of all-media communication system.Based on examining the regional samples of deep media convergence in China,this study deeply analyzesTianfu Media Convergence Consortiumas a typical example.Firstly,this study compares with sample cases nationwide to gain a macro level understanding of regional development.And then starting from the concept of systematic and independent perspectives,this study analyzes Tianfu Media Convergence Consortium as the"new infrastructure",which is featured by its basement on an independent and controllable technology platform and its focus on joint communication of the main business.It is also being supported by integrated resource operation and maintenance services under the opportunity of building a city brandand guaranteed by a talent system of enhanced capabilities.Secondly,this study analyzes the responsibilities of Tianfu Media Convergence Consortium in communication empowerment,technology empowerment,and talentempowerment,and the value of strengthening the main business,public welfare,intensive coordination,and social governance.Finally,based on Tianfu Media Convergence Consortium and other provincial media platforms,this study proposes a regional fusion model for collaboration and mutual construction.
