There is a need for anthropology in the study of law in that it provides insights into the ways in which human beings exist,especially its cultural perspectives,which are an important source of inspiration for the study of law.Law is one of the many cultural products created by human practice to address various problems and relationships.The origin and expansion of law come about as a result of the application of man's creative and constructive abilities.Filed,normative pluralism,holism,and cultural awareness are the keys to conducting legal anthropology research.Legal anthropology is not only a research approach,it can also develop into a new method of legal education.By conducting fieldwork in China,it aims to cultivate legal professionals in the new era who possess a global perspective and Chinese subjectivity.
