Community Construction of Legal Anthropology:Review and Reflection
An academic community must have three basic elements:a common academic purpose, common academic rules, and a specific organizational form.Whether it is the Anglo-American academic community, the Continental academic community represented by the Netherlands and Germany,or the international academic community, there have been academic communities focusing on or involved in legal anthropology. The construction of the academic community of Chinese legal anthropology began after the reform and opening up,and currently has developed six academic teams or organizations.Although it has begun to take shape, there is still much room for development and progress.Efforts can be made in building a common academic purpose and academic rules, optimizing and improving organizational forms, and promoting international exchanges.
