Strengthening New Quality Productive Forces with Modern Human Resources
Against the backdrop of technological revolution and industrial transformation, this paper thoroughly analyzes the decisive role of human resources in the formation of new quality productive forces.Through a critical review of the Malthusian trap theory, this study emphasizes human resources as a key factor in driving sustained economic growth. From the perspective of optimizing the education system, this paper proposes strategies such as improving education quality, strengthening the cultivation of critical thinking and innovative abilities, deepening vocational education reform, and promoting the concept of lifelong learning. These strategies aim to shape internationally competitive human resources, stimulate the innovative potential of entrepreneurs, and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, thereby providing momentum for high-quality economic and social development. To achieve this strategic goal,it is imperative to steadfastly implement the principle of"two no irresolutions",actively address the challenges of an aging population, and construct a lifelong learning system covering the entire population to strengthen the cultivation of top talents and enhance innovative capabilities.
