The emergence of ChatGPT and Sora has catalyzed the mainstreaming of Artificially Intelligent General Communication(AIGC),triggering a new phase of societal control crises and revolutions.Through the lens of communication dominance shaping power dynamics,the mechanisms of intelligent communication and their societal repercussions are scrutinized,offering a fresh analytical framework for understanding societal upheavals.Drawing from the causes and mechanisms of risk,the risks associated with AIGC tools like Sora are classified into four categories,ranging from low to high severity:behavioral dysfunction,functional dysfunction,structural dysfunction,and extinction-level dysfunction.At the core of the intelligence age's risks lies a fundamental breakdown in human cooperation and self-management amidst the backdrop of highly interconnected digital technology.Therefore,actively establishing a new,global,and efficient collaborative governance mechanism emerges as the paramount priority in navigating the challenges of the intelligence age.
