In the historical process of media reform in China,collectivization has been an effective organizational system for resolving conflicts between the dual attributes of media roles under a fragmented management system.With the deep convergence of media,borderless spaces have replaced the monopolistic spaces of regions and industries."Omnimedia"is no longer merely a tactic for media groups to extend their communication channels but a strategy for digital system transformation.In the future,within the new communication pattern of the digital news industry,omnimedia groups should position themselves as"Differentiated Central Nodes"in the network of news actors.They should enhance the dual functions of public welfare and enterprise in internal governance and regulation,ultimately fostering innovation and development in omnimedia groups with a vision of classification reform.
