国际新闻中的阿富汗女性形象:东方主义之困——基于中美俄媒体图片报道的视觉框架比较研究

摘要
国际新闻折射着国家间的意识形态分歧,东西方文明之间的差异性常在国际新闻中显现.论文对2021年塔利班再次执政后中国、美国和俄罗斯媒体关于阿富汗女性的图片报道进行比较研究,从图像外延、技术风格和图像内涵三个层面分析图片报道的视觉框架建构策略及其意识形态根源.研究发现,美国新闻图片延续了东方主义的话语逻辑,将阿富汗女性描绘为冲突战乱的受害者和专制政权的反抗者.俄罗斯新闻图片强调阿富汗女性依附于婚姻家庭及宗教制度的传统社会角色,本质仍然没有超越东方主义的二元思维与"中心"意识.中国新闻图片则重视女性的个人独立及阿富汗社会的和平发展,将阿富汗女性塑造为具有主动性、平等地位的主体形象.论文提出,国际新闻报道应超越二元分化式的对立和文化价值的隔阂,破除地缘政治与文化偏见以及狭隘的民族主义、国家主义的束缚,在平视他者与平等对话中化解冲突、弥合分歧,促进文明的交流互鉴,实现从东方主义向全球主义的跨越.
Abstract
International news often mirrors the ideological divides between nations.It frequently highlights the disparities between Eastern and Western civilizations.This paper conducts a comparative study of the photographic representations of Afghan women by Chinese,American,and Russian media following the Taliban's resurgence to power in 2021.It analyzes the strategies of visual framing and their ideological underpinnings across three dimensions:denotative visuals,stylistic-semiotic visuals,and connotative visuals.Findings show that American press photography continued the orientalist discourse,depicting Afghan women as victims of conflicts and rebels against a tyrannical regime.Russian press photography emphasized that Afghan women were attached to the traditional social roles of marriage,family,and the religious system.The essence of this Russian framing still did not transcend the dual thinking and central consciousness inherent in orientalism.Chinese press photography stressed the importance of the individual independence of women and the peaceful development of Afghan society,portraying Afghan women as proactive and equal-status subjects.International news should transcend the binary opposition and the estrangement of cultural values.It should break geographical politics,cultural prejudice,nationalism,and statism.It should resolve conflicts and bridge divides through equitable dialogue and mutual respect.It should promote exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations to achieve a transition from orientalism to globalism.
