我国未成年人网络直播乱象分析与优化治理

摘要
[目的/意义]网络空间内直播乱象频发,其中涉未成年群体问题主要有未成年沦为直播工具人、直播打赏纠纷频发、网络直播情色化内容泛滥、直播加剧网络泛娱乐化氛围等,暴露出我国数字治理能力的短板.[方法/过程]对网络直播中未成年人参与现状和由此产生的问题进行分析,同时对近年来治理直播领域涉未成年乱象的已有政策与经验做法进行梳理和列举.[结果/结论]基于我国网络直播领域未成年人乱象现状,提出治理优化的措施和建议,为未成年人在网络直播环境中健康成长保驾护航.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Disorders of live broadcast occurred frequently in cyberspace,among which problems involving juveniles mainly included juveniles becoming tool users of live broadcast,frequent disputes over live broadcast rewards,excessive pornographic content of live broadcast,and intensified pan-entertainment atmosphere of network broadcast,which exposed the shortcomings of China's digital governance capability.[Method/Process]This paper analyzes the current situation of juveniles'participation in network live broadcasting and the resulting problems.It combs and lists the existing policies and experience practices in recent years to control the disorders involving juveniles in the field of live broadcasting.[Results/Conclusion]Based on the current situation ofjuveniles in the field of network live broadcast in China,measures and suggestions for governance optimization were put forward to protect the healthy growth of juveniles in the network live broadcast environment.
