[目的/意义]增进对大数据时代网络金融犯罪问题的深入研究,分析面临的治理难题,探讨大数据技术在犯罪预防、打击和治理中起到的作用,提出可行性对策,为相关部门提供决策支持.[方法/过程]采用文献分析方式,梳理已有研究成果和案例,运用大数据技术解决治理网络金融犯罪中的问题和难点.[结果/结论]针对治理网络金融犯罪中存在的难点问题,从加强数据安全与隐私保护措施、发展跨部门合作与国际合作机制、推动法律法规的创新与完善等方面展开治理,有效地维护网络空间安全.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The purpose is to enhance the in-depth study of network financial crimes in the era of big data,analyze the governance problems faced,discuss the role of big data technology in crime prevention,attack and governance,propose feasible countermeasures,and provide decision-making support for relevant departments.[Method/Process]Literature analysis is adopted to sort out existing research results and cases,and big data technology is used to solve problems and difficulties in the governance of online financial crimes.[Results/Conclusion]In view of the difficulties existing in the governance of cyber financial crimes,it is necessary to strengthen data security and privacy protection measures,develop inter-departmental cooperation and international cooperation mechanisms,and promote the innovation and improvement of laws and regulations,so as to effectively maintain the security of cyberspace.
