[目的/意义]ChatGPT的自然语言处理特点与网络水军的快速传播功能高度契合,若将ChatGPT应用于网络水军,可能衍生多重风险.因此,需对衍生风险进行预防,为引导和保障相关产业良性发展,维护网络安全和国家安全提供思路.[方法/过程]对ChatGPT与网络水军结合可能衍生的网络舆论风险、意识形态风险和数字经济风险进行预判,并对诱因进行分析.[结果/结论]针对将ChatGPT应用于网络水军的衍生风险,从技术、法律、监管和公众层面提出针对性防控措施.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The natural language processing characteristics of ChatGPT are highly consistent with the rapid communication function of network water army.If ChatGPT is applied to network water army,multiple risks may arise.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent derivative risks,so as to provide ideas for guiding and guaranteeing the sound development of related industries and safeguarding network security and national security.[Method/Process]The network public opinion risk,ideological risk and digital economy risk that may be derived from the combination of ChatGPT and Internet water Army were predicted,and the inducement was analyzed.[Results/Conclusion]In view of the derivative risks of applying ChatGPT to cyber water army,targeted prevention and control measures were proposed from the technical,legal,regulatory and public levels.
