摘要

[目的/意义]建设网络强国需要高素质的网络安全人才队伍,高等职业教育网络安全人才培养,已经成为国家网络安全人才工程的重要组成部分.[方法/过程]依托学校、政府和企业共建"产学研"平台,构建区域网络安全产教生态圈,本地化技术服务、定制化人才培养和立地式应用研发三措并举,深化产教融合内涵,校企协同,开展岗位定制培养.[结果/结论]基于目标岗位"TASK"四维标准(任务-Task、能力-Ability、技能-Skill、知识-Knowledge),构建岗位导向、任务驱动、理实一体、聚焦能力的精准人才培养路径.

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance]The construction of cyberpower needs high-quality cybersecurity talent team,and higher vocational and Technical education has become an indispensable part of the cybersecurity talent project.[Method/Process]Relying on the"Industry-Academia-Research"platform jointly built by the school,the government and the enterprise,importing industries into the school,constructing the regional cybersecurity production-education ecosystem,providing localized technical services,customized talent training and local application research,the integration of industry and education is deepening;According to the needs of the cybersecurity industry,schools and enterprises jointly analyze,disassemble and reconstruct the job responsibilities and job content of the target post,and develop"TASK"(Task,Ability,Skill,Knowledge)four-dimensional post standards.[Results/Conclusion]Based on the target post standards,a precise talent training path that is job-oriented,task-driven,integrated with theory and practice,and focusing ability is constructed.
