[目的/意义]随着互联网的迅速发展,使得网络渗透到了人们的生活、学习和工作等各方面.发生在网络上的侵权事件层出不穷,使本已十分凸显的商业秘密保护问题更加严峻.[方法/过程]提出建立并完善商业秘密管理体系、对系统安全分析进行研究和实施应急事件响应措施,合理防控商业秘密侵权的风险.[结果/结论]为了保护商业秘密,企业应采取一系列的措施,合理地防控商业秘密侵权的风险,在不侵犯他人商业秘密的同时,有效地保护商业秘密.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The rapid development of the Internet and the advent of the Internet era have penetrated into various aspects of our lives,studies,and work.Infringement incidents that occur on the Internet are constantly emerging,making the already prominent issue of protecting trade secrets even more severe.[Method/Process]Propose to establish and improve a trade secret management system,analyze system security,and respond to emergency events in three aspects,reasonably prevent and control the risk of trade secret infringement,and effectively protect trade secrets while not infringing on others'trade secrets.[Results/Conclusion]In order to protect trade secrets,enterprises should take a series of measures to reasonably prevent and control the risk of infringement of trade secrets,and effectively protect trade secrets while not infringing on the trade secrets of others.
