摘要
[目的/意义]在环境治理中,利用大数据应对环境问题决策存在着一定风险.针对这种风险进行探讨研究,提出可行性解决对策,为环境治理的科学化提供支持.[方法/过程]采用文献分析方法,吸收已有的研究成果,创新环境治理中大数据应用风险的应对策略.[结果/结论]针对环境治理中大数据应用的风险,健全环境数据安全风险防范处理机制,建立互联互通的环境数据共享机制,构建全面的环境数据算法监管机制,并完善环境数据风险法律责任追究体系.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]At present,there are certain risks in environmental governance that use big data to deal with environmental problems and make decisions.We discuss and study this risk and propose feasible solutions to support the Intelligent of environmental governance.[Method/Process]Adopt the method of literature analysis to absorb the existing research results,and on this basis,innovate the response strategy of big data application risks in environmental governance.[Results/Conclusion]In view of the risks of big data application in environmental governance,we should improve the environmental data security risk prevention and treatment mechanism,establish an interconnected environmental data sharing mechanism,build a comprehensive environmental data algorithm supervision mechanism,and improve the legal accountability system for environmental data risks.
