[目的/意义]随着我国日益融入世界市场,我国海外利益的规模越来越大,受到的挑战也越来越多,尤其是网络安全问题日益凸显,网络科技安全、跨境网络犯罪和网络恐怖主义是其中最突出的网络安全问题类型.[方法/过程]采用文献分析法、案例分析法,介绍我国海外利益的现状和网络安全形势,分析我国海外利益保护中面临的网络安全问题.这些问题主要体现在大国博弈、规则缺位和维权困难方面.[结果/结论]针对当前面临的网络安全问题,提出相对应的对策建议,以求能为未来我国海外利益保护中的网络安全问题提供一些参考.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Since the reform and opening up,as China has increasingly integrated into the world market,the scale of China's overseas interests has become larger and larger,and more and more challenges have been encountered,especially the network security problem has become increasingly prominent,network science and technology security,cross-border network crime and network terrorism are the most prominent types of network security problems.[Method/Process]This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis to introduce the current status and network security situation of China's overseas interests,and analyzes the current network security problems faced by China's overseas interests protection,which are mainly reflected in three aspects:great power game,absence of rules and difficulties in safeguarding rights.[Results/Conclusion]In view of the current network security problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide some references for the future network security problems in the protection of overseas interests of our country.
