Analysis of EU cyber foreign policy and its implications for the development of cyber security
[Purpose/Significance]Sort out and analyze the EU's cyber foreign policy,deeply understand the characteristics and future development trends of the EU's cyber foreign policy,and provide practical reference ideas for my country to maintain cyberspace security and data security.[Method/Process]Using the literature analysis method,this paper takes the EU's cyber foreign policy as a sample to study the characteristics,trends and future impact of the EU's cyber foreign policy on my country.[Results/Conclusion]The EU's cyber foreign policy is closely related to geopolitics,showing the characteristics of"containment of China","politics and economics on the same frequency"and"pan-ideological",and poses a threat to my country's cyberspace security governance and data security supervision.In this regard,our country needs to maintain cyberspace security from two levels:theoretical research on cyber diplomacy and transformation of data security governance tools.At the same time,we should seize the opportunities of the"Belt and Road"initiative and create a digital cooperation pattern between China and the West.
