摘要
[目的/意义]数字媒介与智能传播技术的融合发展,使得网络空间成为各异质思想争夺话语权的主要场域.网络空间意识形态安全现实境遇愈加复杂,加强网络空间意识形态的安全治理,已成为刻不容缓的研究课题.[方法/过程]基于新时代背景,对我国网络空间意识形态的现状进行理性审视,分析网络安全意识形态安全面临的机遇与挑战.[结果/结论]通过全面掌握网络舆论的主动权,提升网络技术的硬实力和应用水平,建立防范网络信息风险的预警、监管与监督机制,提升防御能力.同时运用科学的思维方法,打造专业队伍,提升群众认知水平,实现对网络空间意识形态安全的治理.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The integrated development of digital media and intelligent communication technology has made cyberspace the main field for heterogeneous ideas to compete for the right to speak,and the reality of cyberspace ideological security has become more and more complex,and strengthening the security governance of cyberspace ideology has become an urgent topic at present.[Method/Process]Based on the background of the new era,this paper rationally examines the reality of China's cyberspace ideology,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the ideological security of network security.[Results/Conclusion]It is pointed out that it is necessary to comprehensively grasp the initiative of network public opinion,improve the hard power and application level of network technology,and establish an early warning,supervision and supervision mechanism to prevent network information risks.
