[目的/意义]深度伪造技术的成熟使得网络犯罪门槛、技术难度降低,滥用将会造成难以预测的风险.分析深度伪造技术网络犯罪的侦查难点,并提出应对策略.[方法/过程]通过对涉深度伪造技术的原理和实践样态的介绍,分析利用深度伪造技术实施网络犯罪的犯罪样态,并剖析侦查难点.[结果/结论]要提升深度伪造技术检测能力,进行黑灰产全链条打击治理,只有构建新型协同作战机制,才能有效地打击涉深度伪造技术网络犯罪,维护网络安全.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The maturity of deep forgery technology makes its cybercrime threshold and technical difficulty lower,and its misuse will cause unpredictable risks,analyze its investigation difficulties,and propose countermeasure strategies.[Method/Process]The principles and practice patterns involving deep forgery technology are introduced,the criminal patterns of cybercrime committed by using deep forgery technology are analyzed,and the detection difficulties are dissected.[Results/Conclusion]For the detection difficulties of cybercrime involving deep forgery technology,it is necessary to improve the detection ability of deep forgery technology,carry out the whole chain of black and gray industry to combat and manage,and build a new type of collaborative combat mechanism in order to effectively combat and maintain network security.
