摘要
[目的/意义]针对高校网络工程专业安全能力培养中普遍存在衔接行业岗位不足、实践缺乏对抗性、内容涉及广但缺乏融合、知识更新快但缺乏应用等问题,需要一种新型的人才培养模式,来促进教学高质量发展.[方法/过程]基于以"学生为中心、产出为导向"的教学理念,提出"四融合四协同"人才培养方案.通过政校协同"全国护网行动"、校企"3+1"产教融合的课程体系改革、"网络强国"课程思政教学改革、"以赛促学"实战教学、项目式"双师型"队伍建设,完善"政府、高校、企业"三方协同网络安全人才培养过程.[结果/结论]提高了学生"网络应用编程、网络安全防护、网络规划优化"能力,提升了学生网络安全职业素养,达到了培养网络工程专业安全技术应用型创新人才的目的.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]In order to solve some common problems in the cultivation of talents in the field of network engineering,such as insufficient connection between security capabilities and industry positions,lack of practical experience among students,lack of integration of course content,and fast but lacking application of knowledge updates,A new talent cultivation model is needed to improve the high-quality development of teaching.[Method/Process]A student-centered and output oriented teaching philosophy is proposed,and a"four integrations and four collaborations"talent cultivation plan is proposed.Through the"National Network Protection Action"of political school collaboration,the"3+1"curriculum system reform of school enterprise industry education integration,the ideological and political education reform of the"Internet Power"curriculum,the"competition to promote learning"practical teaching,and the construction of a project-based"dual teacher"team,the process of cultivating network security talents through the collaboration of the"government,universities,and enterprises"is improved.[Results/Conclusion]Based on the above teaching reforms,the three abilities of students in network application programming,network security protection,and network planning optimization have been improved,and their professional qualities in network security have been enhanced,achieving the goal of cultivating innovative talents in security technology application in the field of network engineering.
