对大数据侦查中数据安全智能保障的研究

摘要
[目的/意义]在网络时代环境下,大数据侦查为打击新型犯罪的安全需求而诞生.但是,在大数据侦查中处于基础地位的数据安全,仍缺乏相应研究予以保障.[方法/过程]利用经过深度学习训练的人工智能技术,对大数据侦查所含的具有涉密性质的数据进行智能识别和自动加密,减轻侦查机关保障数据安全的压力,同时满足各方安全需求.[结果/结论]侦查机关通过完善侦查和司法领域的技术伦理规则,强化责任担当,创新专业人才培养模式,破解目前面临的立法和技术困境.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Under the environment of the network era,big data investigation is born in response to the security needs of combating new types of crimes,but data security,which is in a fundamental position in big data investigation at present,still lacks the corresponding research to be guaranteed.[Method/Process]Using artificial intelligence technology trained by deep learning,intelligent identification and automatic encryption are carried out on data of confidential nature included in big data investigation,so as to reduce the pressure of the investigating authorities in safeguarding data security,and at the same time satisfy the security needs of all parties.[Method/Process][Results/Conclusion]The investigating authorities should improve the technical and ethical rules in the field of investigation and justice,strengthen the responsibility,and innovate the mode of professional personnel training,so as to solve the dilemmas currently faced at the legislative and technical levels.
